UK-based fintech firm Revolut has opened a new Global Tech Hub in Manila to strengthen its global operations and accelerate innovation. The facility, launched on July 9, 2025, is expected to create hundreds of jobs in customer service and support functions, with teams working alongside counterparts in the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.
Raymond Ng, CEO for Singapore & Southeast Asia, said the investment reflects Revolut’s long-term commitment to the Philippines and its role as a strategic market in Southeast Asia. The hub will focus on high-value job creation, digital upskilling, and advanced service support as Revolut expands globally.
The initiative was welcomed by Philippine Finance Secretary Ralph Recto and UK Trade Commissioner Martin Kent, who both cited the country’s skilled workforce and growing digital economy. The Manila hub is Revolut’s second in Asia, following its first in India in 2021.
