The assignment covered Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, with the scope extended to include companies headquartered outside the region but with active operations in these markets. The project involved compiling a long list of potential testing labs, followed by direct engagement with up to 20 companies through interviews conducted by phone and email to assess their capabilities, experience, certifications, and responsiveness. Information gathered included testing methodologies, track records with skincare and cosmetic products, subject pool availability, and operational flexibility. The findings were consolidated into a detailed database and report, providing the client with a comprehensive overview of potential partners across the three priority markets.
