Orissa International supported the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Foreign Agricultural Service in organizing and executing the Agribusiness Trade Mission (ATM) to Indonesia, held from January 31 to February 5, 2026, and led by Under Secretary for Trade and Foreign Agricultural Affairs Luke J. Lindberg. The delegation comprised representatives from five U.S. State Departments of Agriculture, 22 U.S. cooperators and multipliers, and 22 U.S. agribusiness companies spanning dairy, meat, processed foods and ingredients, fruits and vegetables, livestock transportation, and wine. We delivered a comprehensive, end-to-end in-market program, including strategic buyer recruitment, coordination of two full days of structured B2B meetings, high-level government and market briefings, curated site visits to leading Indonesian food and agribusiness companies, and a large-scale networking reception bringing together U.S. and Indonesian industry stakeholders.

Drawing on proprietary databases, Orissa International built a pipeline of targeted Indonesian buyers, resulting in 263 completed B2B meetings with qualified importers, manufacturers, retailers, foodservice operators, and protein producers. The mission generated substantial follow-up activity, including product demonstrations, pricing requests, and ongoing commercial discussions, positioning participating U.S. exporters to expand market access and strengthen trade ties in one of Southeast Asia’s most dynamic and strategically important agricultural markets.
