DDLS Pty Ltd., Australia’s largest provider of education training programs focusing on corporate IT, process and cyber security, has opened up its first training facility in the Philippines last February 20, 2020. It is the company’s first foray in the Asia-Pacific region.
The subsidiary will be called DDLS Aboitiz Inc, a joint venture between local conglomerate Aboitiz Equity Ventures through its wholly-owned unit Aboitiz Impact Ventures (AIV) and EdventureCo., a leading vocational and professional training company in Asia-Pacific which owns DDLS Australia.
The 500 sqm. training facility will be located in Bonifacio Global City -Taguig, a prime business district in Metro Manila. It will house seven training rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology and the latest telepresence technology capable of training the modern workforce in cybersecurity, DevOps, Cloud and more. The new campus also hosts a dedicated Pearson VUE authorized room for taking online tests and certifications.
In March 2019, DDLS Australia partnered with Aboitiz in training across different venues more than 300 students on Microsoft courses, in addition to IT service management, data science and cybersecurity. DDLS is Microsoft’s Gold Certified Partner for Learning Solutions.
DDLS Aboitiz aims to expand by opening more campuses in the future.
