Taiwan’s ShinFox Energy, a subsidiary of Foxlink Group, and Philippine telecom firm ComClark Network and Technology Corp. have signed a Joint Development Agreement to power ICT infrastructure in the Philippines with renewable energy.
The partnership aims to integrate clean energy solutions—such as solar, wind, and energy storage—into ComClark’s nationwide fiber and cable TV network under the Converge ICT brand. Executives highlighted the deal as a key step in building sustainable, future-ready digital infrastructure.
The agreement was signed by ShinFox General Manager Hui-Sen Hu and ComClark CEO Dennis Anthony Uy, witnessed by Philippine officials in Taipei. The collaboration is expected to support the country’s push for green-powered connectivity and digital transformation.
