SUEZ, a global leader in water and waste management, has announced a major project in the Philippines. In partnership with JEMCO, a prominent local construction firm, SUEZ will design, build, and operate a large-scale seawater desalination plant in Metro Iloilo.
The facility will address a critical water shortage, producing about 66,500 cubic meters of water daily to support nearly 50,000 households and a nearby power plant. This project builds on their previous collaboration on a water reclamation facility in Metro Manila.
In Singapore, SUEZ is also deploying a Smart Water Grid Analytics Platform for PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency, to enhance water network management and operational efficiency.
