At the MRO Asia-Pacific 2025 event in Singapore, Turkish Technic and Garuda Indonesia signed two multi-year agreements covering the overhaul of landing gear for several Airbus A330 and Boeing 777 aircraft. The partnership aims to enhance Garuda Indonesia’s operational efficiency and reliability by drawing on Turkish Technic’s extensive experience and technical expertise in landing gear maintenance.
The agreement reinforces the trust and strong collaboration previously developed between the two companies, which had signed component pool service agreements last year. Through this long-term partnership, Garuda Indonesia is expected to gain improved turnaround times, lower maintenance costs, and enhanced operational resilience, the key elements supporting the airline’s ongoing recovery and competitiveness in a challenging market environment.
In a related development, Turkish Technic has strengthened its presence in Indonesia through a new multi-year agreement with Citilink, the low-cost subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia. Under this partnership, Turkish Technic will deliver comprehensive landing gear overhaul services for several Airbus A320ceo and A320neo aircraft in Citilink’s fleet.
The latest collaboration underscores Citilink’s sustained confidence in Turkish Technic’s internationally recognised expertise, further strengthening the MRO provider’s standing as a reliable solutions partner for airlines around the world. It also highlights Turkish Technic’s growing role in supporting the operational efficiency and maintenance excellence of carriers in the Asia-Pacific region.
