Our client, a provider of commercial and industrial solar inverter solutions, engaged Orissa International to support its market entry into Singapore. The engagement was designed to assess market receptiveness, validate the client’s positioning, and facilitate direct engagement with relevant decision-makers in the solar ecosystem. Orissa International undertook targeted market research to identify and profile solar installers, EPCs, consultants, and engineering groups active in the commercial and industrial segment. Following pre-qualification, we conducted outreach to the identified companies and secured 6 face-to-face business matching meetings with qualified counterparts. These meetings enabled the client to present its product range directly to potential end-users, gather feedback on product specifications and pricing expectations, and benchmark its offering against incumbent brands. The engagement also resulted in ongoing technical discussions and follow-up with several companies.
