Orissa International helped an Italian company providing industrial inkjet printers for the packaging sector to penetrate the Thai market. The project was implemented on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, and consisted of an initial phase of market research, followed by business matching. For the first phase, Orissa International evaluated the potential of the client’s products in Thailand by analyzing the performance of leading players in the market, considering trade flows, and conducting interviews with end-users and distributors in order to understand the perception of the brand in the market and the most important selling-points. The second phase saw the client discussing potential partnerships with eight local distributors.
