Corsight AI has entered a new partnership with Roxas Management Consultancy of the RXS Meta Group to bring its facial recognition software to retailers across the Philippines. The Israeli company’s technology enables retailers to identify shoplifters through watchlists, enhance security via access control, and detect suspicious behavior using AI-driven video analytics.
Beyond security, Corsight is marketing retail-oriented features such as real-time customer insights and more accurate visitor tracking, which it says outperform traditional tools like pressure mats and infrared counters. The firm argues that “facial intelligence” provides a clearer picture of unique visitors, repeat customers, and staff activity.
Corsight has an established presence in the Philippine security sector. In 2024, it secured a contract to supply real-time and retrospective biometric surveillance for Santa Rosa’s Safe City program, supporting the tracking of wanted individuals and missing persons.
The company was certified earlier this year under the ISO/IEC 42001 standard for ethical AI governance and completed the British Standards Institution’s algorithm auditing and dataset testing process, reinforcing its push for responsible AI adoption in the Philippine market.
