Singaporean oat milk brand OATSIDE held its official launch in the Philippines at Papakape, Fort Santiago, Intramuros Manila on May 9, 2023. In partnership with the Moment Group, guests were able to taste Filipino cuisines and delicacies that incorporated OATSIDE, showcasing its versatility beyond coffee and drinks
OATSIDE is currently available in partner cafes in the Philippines such as PickUp Coffee, FRNK, and Bo’s Coffee; and beginning in May, OATSIDE Barista Blend and Chocolate will be available on the shelves of major retailers nationwide, beginning with Landers and Puregold — as well as on e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
Singaporean founder and CEO Benedict Lim began the brand when he saw a gap in the market for plant-based milk that offers a creamy and malty taste profile that is familiar to people who don’t typically drink plant milks.
Oatside is plant-based, lactose-free, cholesterol-free and low in saturated fats, and is one of the few “full-stack” plant milk start-ups present in Southeast Asia. The company has full rights over its entire manufacturing process, from sourcing its Australian oats, to oat extraction to filling.
