State-owned company PT Hotel Indonesia Natour (HIN) has recently called for domestic and international investors to enhance and fortify facilities and services within the Health Special Economic Zone (SEZ) located in Sanur, Denpasar, Bali.
PT HIN’s President Director detailed that the Sanur SEZ comprises six parcels of land, totaling 41.26 hectares. Sanur SEZ intends to expand its healthcare services, including aesthetic medical treatments, plastic surgery, stem cell therapies, and elderly patient care services. The President Director further emphasized that the Sanur SEZ will encompass fertility services, hair transplants, and various other cutting-edge technology-supported medical services.
Importantly, a partnership has been formed between PT HIN and the state-owned hospital holding company Pertamina Bina Medika (IHC) to establish the Bali International Hospital (BIH) in Lot 1 and Lot 2 of the Sanur SEZ. The international hospital will be equipped with advanced technology for cardiology, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology and hepatology, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology services.
Sanur SEZ plans to integrate cutting-edge amenities, including luxury lodging options like 5-star hotels and high-end villas, resorts boasting a capacity of up to 1000 rooms, specialized facilities for senior citizens, an Ethnomedicinal Botanic Garden, an International Convention Center with a capacity to host up to 5000 attendees, a commercial district, and an array of other facilities.
