As the Philippine economy continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, Filipino integrated property developer SM Prime Holdings is expanding its mall footprint, with the opening of SM City Tanza, its eight SM Supermall in Cavite on October 14, 2022.
SM City Tanza will span almost 60,000 square meters (sqm) of gross floor area, providing a combination of shopping, dining and entertainment experiences in the Municipality of Tanza, Cavite’s “Gateway Terminal.
The new mall will particularly house 5 cinemas, a cyberzone for tech savvies, a food court for more dining options, and a carpark with almost 800 slots for added convenience to its guests. It will also have public transport terminals for inter-province and inter-region accesses that will further boost tourism and commerce in the area.
It will open along Antero Soriano Highway, Barangay Daang Amaya II, Tanza, Cavite, with 89% of space lease awarded.
