Aboitiz InfraCapital Launches TARI Estate to Boost Industrial Development in Central Luzon

June 2024

Aboitiz InfraCapital Economic Estates has commenced the development of TARI Estate, a significant new industrial hub in the province of Tarlac, Philippines. Leveraging Central Luzon’s strategic location and economic growth, the project aims to attract investment and drive industrial development in the region.

The initial phase of TARI Estate will cover 200 hectares and is expected to create up to 60,000 jobs. The estate will feature comprehensive facilities and amenities, including power, water, construction, financing, smart city technology, and government support, aiming to create a vibrant business ecosystem.

TARI Estate’s development aligns with the Philippine government’s initiatives to enhance infrastructure and attract foreign investment. The project emphasizes a holistic approach to industrial development, integrating various asset classes such as retail, office spaces, residential areas, dormitories, warehouses, and hospitality to foster a dynamic lifestyle hub.

This new development will contribute to the Luzon Economic Corridor, part of the government’s broader infrastructure plan to improve connectivity, strengthen supply chains, and stimulate economic growth across Luzon. The collaboration between TARI Estate and the Luzon Economic Corridor aims to enhance regional progress and facilitate seamless interaction between businesses, industries, and communities.
