MCE Holdings Bhd, one of the largest automotive electronics and mechatronics parts manufacturers in Malaysia has entered into an agreement with Taiwan-based Juoku Technology Co Ltd to develop, produce and supply automotive lighting parts in Malaysia.
The MoU was signed between MCE Holdings’ wholly-owned subsidiary Multi-Code Electronics Industries (M) Bhd (MCE) and Juoku Technology, involving automotive parts such as fog lamp, daytime running lamp, brake lamp and other lamps. Under the proposed partnership, MCE will manufacture, assemble and promote the automotive lighting parts, while Juoku will provide the technology for product development and technical assistance to manufacture them.
The duration of this MoU is one year and MCE will be the exclusive partner to Juoku for its Malaysian operation. Located in Tainan City in Taiwan, Juoku is a leading manufacturer of lighting systems and precision injection molds for the automotive industries, with over 25 years of experience in producing parts and supplying them throughout Asia.
