In August, Zalora Group collaborated with Adidas to launch a supermarket-inspired pop-up store in Bugis Junction, a shopping mall located in Central Singapore. The pop-up store, which ran for about a week, was designed with a supermarket layout, featured pop colors and photo-worthy corners, and stocked over 90 items from Adidas, including footwear, apparel, accessories for men and women, and an exclusive range.
The shop made use of a ‘click-and-mortar experience’ concept, where customers visiting the store could purchase items by scanning the QR codes tagged on items before purchasing them through the Zalora app. The order was then directly delivered to customers’ doorsteps. As part of this special, Zalora also partnered with local artists to create gift-with-purchase packaging and also ran an interactive game to further engage with its customers.
